Assignment 2: Conflict Resolution—Interview Professional Interviewed The professional I interview acquire a Ph.D. in Human Services/Public Health, with a concentration in: Healthcare Administration. In addition; to obtaining a RN license, as well as a University Professor; also owner of a Healthcare agency. My interviewee was confronted with a Group-to-group conflict: The term group suggests oneness or sameness. In this type of conflict, each group (rather than the individual) has taken an opposition position that leads to discord or disharmony. So the courts removed the mother from the home and the father has cared for the son alone for ten years.
